He also was chaplain supervisor at Pine Rest Christisn Hospital,& later a pastor at the Crystal Cathedral [all the while retaining his affiliation w/ the CRC as a chaplain] (& it's not his fault the church went bankrupt), where he started a kindness ministry & annual international conference, among other things. Jim also played tennis at Calvin.
If Jim isn't at least considered as a recipient for this award,it's a major oversight or one has to suspect ugly "politics" at play.
